Z\u00e1kladn\u00ed prvky boxu se p\u0159enesou do formy, kter\u00e1 je uzp\u016fsobena sp\u00ed\u0161e jako kondi\u010dn\u00ed tr\u00e9nink. Vzpom\u00edn\u00e1te si na ROckyho, jak se p\u0159ipravoval p\u0159ed z\u00e1pasem? Tak takhle n\u011bjak to vypad\u00e1. 3) Bojov\u00e1 um\u011bn\u00ed a sporty N\u011bkdo se chod\u00ed skute\u010dn\u011b vyml\u00e1tit. N\u011bkdo si l\u00e9\u010d\u00ed stres tak, \u017ee jej uvol\u0148uje postupn\u011b a s m\u00edrou. Tai-chi, kung-fu, j\u00f3ga a dal\u0161\u00ed sporty jsou naprosto ide\u00e1ln\u00ed pro v\u0161echny, kte\u0159\u00ed pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed v \u017eivot\u011b zpomalit.
